Make your voice heard by nominating the person who you feel has made a significant contribution to supply chain management. To submit your nomination simply complete the form below.

Please give the name, title, organisation and a short paragraph detailing the reason for your nomination.

The deadline for nominations is Thursday 12th August.

So who should I nominate?

As this is a European Awards programme we are looking for individuals from across the EU who have made an outstanding contribution to supply chain management over the past year. They may be practitioners, academics, consultants or from supplier companies.

What happens after initial nominations?

The six most popular nominees will be taken to the shortlist stage and posted online, you will then have the opportunity to vote for who you would like to win.

The winner will be announced at The European Supply Chain Excellence Awards on Thursday 18th November. As always, the event promises to be the must attend event of the year, so make sure you book your table in plenty of time so as not to miss out.
